Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced SDR Manager to lead our new SDR team. The SDR Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and developing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The role will involve collaboration across sales, marketing, product and partners to achieve sales results, drive continuous improvements and build a world class demand generation business.
Your contribution
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the SDR team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective SDR sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual and SDR team performance, providing regular feedback and support to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales team.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive sales strategies.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the SDR team. 
What makes you stand out
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in SDR, with at least 2 years in a management role. ideally within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly, concisely and persuasively. 
  • Strong customer orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
