Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our high-performing development team in Ireland. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications using AngularJS, C#/.NET, and SQL Server, running on Microsoft Azure.
You will mentor junior developers, influence technical direction, and play a key role in shaping Aryza’s engineering best practices. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone passionate about clean code, automation, and continuous delivery.
 
As part of an agile development team you will work closely with our development and product teams and play a key role in defining and shaping new features and products. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a rapidly expanding company.

 

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a hybrid permanent position based in our Dublin office.

Your contribution

• Lead end-to-end development of full stack solutions using AngularJS, C#/.NET, and SQL Server.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable systems hosted in Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to enhance software quality and delivery speed.
• Drive adoption of Lean and DevOps principles, reducing waste and improving flow across development processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — Product, QA, and DevOps — to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and contribute to evolving coding standards.
• Identify opportunities for performance, scalability, and security enhancements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.

What makes you stand out

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
• Strong expertise in AngularJS, with exposure to modern Angular versions advantageous.
• Deep understanding of SQL Server (schema design, performance tuning, stored procedures).
• Proven experience deploying and managing workloads in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL Azure, etc.).
• Strong grasp of CI/CD automation, unit/integration testing, and source control (Git).
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean software development principles.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and drive technical strategy.

 
 
Desirable:

• Experience migrating legacy AngularJS or .NET systems to modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices, API-first design, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments (OAuth2, Azure AD, GDPR).
