Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the process of Insolvency cases in line with the business's Service Level Agreements.
In the most part, the sorting of information from post (physical & electronic) received into the business alongside working these post items as part of the personal insolvency timeline.
You will be provided full training in the industry, our business, how to operate our systems and how to work the tasks you have been assigned, this will be followed up with an ongoing training programme tailored to keep your workload varied and your skills sharp.
You will be responsible for managing your workload and planning your time to achieve your set goals, following process and workflows, delivering great service and operating within the relevant regulatory framework.
